GIS

GIS is a proven technology that integrates hardware, software, and data to analyze, store, and communicate information for a wide variety of geographically referenced data.

GIS can combine many different datasets into one format that users can quickly understand and easily share with others to help with decision-making. We use Esri ArcGIS® software for the majority of our projects and are part of the Esri Partner Network. We are frequently using GIS on a variety of projects that span HEI’s service sectors. We have seen GIS grow from a fringe technology into the mainstream as a highly adaptable system used today.
