Janelle joined HEI in 2025 as a Recruitment Manager, splitting her time between our office in Alexandria, MN, and the Corporate office in Fargo. Her collaborative spirit, synergy with company values, and her previous Director experience make Janelle a natural fit to develop this new role as we continue to grow.
