Fun Facts

What drew you to HEI, and what excites you most about joining our team?
I wasn’t familiar with HEI before my interview, but as soon as the conversation began, I knew this was the right place for me. I connected immediately with staff and the description of the culture and team dynamic really resonated with me. What excites me most about joining HEI is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across all locations and departments by helping place the right candidates in the right roles. It’s energizing to be part of a team that values connection, collaboration, and purpose.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
My family is highly involved in sports, so a lot of our time revolves around basketball, soccer, football, and volleyball. I genuinely enjoy being on the sidelines cheering them on and connecting with other parents. When our schedule allows, we love exploring new cities with the kids and making trips back to Michigan to spend time with family.

What’s your favorite way to relax and unwind after a busy day?
With three active kids, there isn’t a lot of unwinding. I enjoy reading and watching a good Netflix series.

If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go and why? Would love to return to Italy and explore the non-tourist towns on the coastline.
