Garder Earns Professional Engineer (PE) License

HEI congratulates Jacob Garder, design engineer in our Omaha, NE, office, on earning his Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Jacob joined HEI in 2020 as an intern and became a full-time civil engineer in 2022. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.

Jacob has supported water resource projects across Nebraska and Iowa, contributing to site development, municipal improvements, levees, flood control facilities, water infrastructure, and design plan development.

His achievement reflects his dedication to the engineering profession and strengthens our ability to support clients and communities throughout the Midwest.
