Welcome, Dylan!
We’re excited to welcome Dylan Zitzloff to the HEI team! Dylan joins our Eden Prairie, MN, office as a Civil Engineer, bringing valuable experience in light rail construction materials, assurance testing, and inspection.
Originally from Minnetrista, MN, Dylan’s background and technical expertise will be a great asset as we continue delivering innovative solutions and impactful projects across the region. We’re thrilled to have him on board!

What drew you to HEI, and what excites you most about joining our team?
What drew me to HEI was the people that I met while working for another company. They were respectful, kind, and very easy to talk to. I’m excited to continually learn new things every day and to be a part of such a healthy team that strives on helping others.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy fishing, hunting, and spending time with my family.
If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go and why? Norway, because my wife has family there and has showed me amazing photos of the food, towns, fjords, etc.
