Stan Hanson Named Office Manager in Sioux Falls

HEI is proud to announce that Stan Hanson has been named the Office Manager of our Sioux Falls office.

Stan joined HEI in 2013 in Fargo as a civil engineer and project manager and transferred to our Sioux Falls office in 2022. His extensive experience includes municipal engineering, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, preliminary design, public participation, cost estimating, and plan and specification preparation.

Stan has worked with numerous cities and developers and is knowledgeable in site development, street and utility design, construction management, topographical surveying, MS4 regulations, project financing, capital improvement plans, and public meetings.
