We’re excited to welcome Mauricimo Sánchez-Hohenstein to HEI’s team as a Graduate Engineer! Based in our Bismarck, ND, office, Mauricimo joins our municipal and site design team.

Mauricimo is a recent graduate of the University of North Dakota and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

What drew you to HEI, and what excites you most about joining our team?
The chance to be involved in engineering projects that are developing tribal community infrastructure is what excites me and draws me to HEI.

Where did you grow up?
Minneapolis, MN.

Where did you go to college?
University of North Dakota.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Video games, reading Star Wars, and YMCA basketball.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
Untouched Amazon: to get a glimpse of wild, untamed nature.
