Welcome Kaleb Flaagan to HEI

HEI offers a variety of internship opportunities that translate to future employment possibilities. Kaleb began working as a Civil Engineer intern in HEI’s Thief River Falls office in the summer of 2021. Since then, he has transferred to the Fargo office and has upgraded his status to be a full-time Civil Engineer.

Originally from Thief River Falls, MN, he attended North Dakota State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering.

  • Hobbies: Hunting, fishing, skiing, farming, and anything outdoors.
  • Family: I have a wife, and we have a 3-month-old daughter.
  • Most Memorable Vacation: Sanibel, FL.
  • Favorite Sports: Hockey, baseball, and football.
