The Season of Giving
In the spirit of the season, HEI team members gave back to their communities. In Fargo and Des Moines, our dedicated team lent their helping hands by volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Meanwhile, the Maple Grove team demonstrated their generosity by donating toys to Toys for Tots, spreading joy and making a positive impact on the lives of others during this festive time.

Unwrapping Joy
Our Fargo, Minot, and Bismarck offices unwrapped some joy this holiday season with white elephant gift exchanges… you never know what you’re gonna get!
Deck the Halls with Office Fun Fa-La-La-La-La!
How else did we embrace the holiday spirit? We had to deck the halls, of course.
Along with decorating our offices we also enjoyed some holiday fun and games. The Maple Grove office played mini golf and followed along with their favorite paint instructor, Bob Ross. The Sioux Falls and Theif River Falls offices enjoyed exciting bowling outings. Our inflatable reindeer from Bismarck even got to join in on the holiday fun as he completed a survey project.
