Fun Facts

What drew you to HEI, and what excites you most about joining our team?
I was drawn to HEI because of the strong reputation of the water resources team and the positive referrals I received about the people and culture. The opportunity to work on complex, meaningful water resources projects was especially exciting.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Most of my time is spent with my kids, building forts and playing games like “the floor is lava.” I also enjoy grilling, fishing, spending time at our family cabin, and being outdoors.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
Either somewhere rich in ancient history, like Greece or Rome, or somewhere completely different from anything I’ve seen, like Japan or Australia.

What’s your favorite snack?
Chocolate chip cookies.

What is your favorite fuel for staying energized (type of coffee, tea, energy drink, etc.)?
a quality black coffee, a cappuccino, or the occasional Red Bull.
