Cowing Earns Professional Engineer (PE) License

HEI congratulates Gunnar Cowing, civil engineer in our Fargo, ND office, on earning his Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Gunnar joined HEI in 2021 after graduating from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a minor in Mathematics.

Since joining our team, Gunnar has supported transportation projects across North Dakota and Minnesota, applying technical expertise to large-scale roadway and infrastructure improvements. His collaborative approach helps our teams deliver practical solutions for communities throughout the region.

Gunnar’s achievement reflects his dedication to the engineering profession and strengthens HEI’s ability to serve clients in North Dakota, Minnesota, and South Dakota.
