Welcome, Jay
We are excited to welcome Jay Forthun to the HEI team as an engineering specialist! Jay will be working out of our office in Bismarck, ND. He brings 16 years of experience in transportation and civil engineering as well as expertise in engineering analysis and design, construction project management, traffic signal design, site development, studies and reports, stakeholder engagement, and public involvement.
Jay joins our traffic engineering team and applies his experience to a variety of projects throughout the Midwest, delivering safe, efficient, and community‑focused multimodal transportation solutions for our clients.
