Fun Facts
- What drew you to HEI, and what excites you most about joining our team? So many things attracted me to this company. I have been looking for a home where I can learn and grow–this company is smaller and there is not much turnover. All of the people I have spoken with and trained with have been extremely helpful. I also love that they offer part-time positions for this time in my life. My kiddos are young and still need me to chauffeur them around and cook them meals, so this gives me a great balance.
- What do you enjoy doing outside of work? I enjoy spending time with my family–my husband, our two boys, and our four-pawed companion! I enjoy working out, running, lifting weights, and walking. We love to travel, hike, ski–really anything outdoors. I also substitute teach on the side with Papillion School District.
- What’s your favorite way to relax and unwind after a busy day? Going on a walk, listening to music, and cooking.
- If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go and why? I would have to say I would like to go to Italy. I have not spent a lot of time outside of the US and I have been told they have great wine.
- What’s your favorite snack? Beef jerky, popcorn.
- What is your favorite fuel for staying energized (type of coffee, tea, energy drink, etc.)? Coffee.
