Tristan Balmer Joins HEI

Tristan Balmer joins HEI as a Civil Engineer in our Des Moines office. Tristan will participate
in all aspects of GIS, H&H modeling, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D to design various project features.
Additionally, Tristan will assist watershed water quality planning and water resources projects.

A native of Roland, IA, Tristan holds a bachelor’s degree in biological systems engineering from Iowa State University.

  • Pets: A Husky and Yorkie.
  • Random Fact: Only ginger in immediate family.
  • Most Memorable Vacation: Driving around the entire island of Iceland.
