Welcome Justin Phillips to HEI

justin phillips 600We are excited to welcome Justin Phillips to the team as a Civil Engineer in our Maple Grove, MN, office! Originally from Mocksville, NC, Justin will prepare technical reports, plans, and environmental studies using CAD and other software. He will also conduct construction observations, resolve project issues within budget, and collaborate with project managers on design and field evaluations. Welcome, Justin!
