Welcome Justin Phillips to HEI

We are excited to welcome Justin Phillips to the team as a Civil Engineer in our Maple Grove, MN, office! Originally from Mocksville, NC, Justin will prepare technical reports, plans, and environmental studies using CAD and other software. He will also conduct construction observations, resolve project issues within budget, and collaborate with project managers on design and field evaluations. Welcome, Justin!

• What drew you to HEI, and what excites you most about joining our team? I was drawn to HEI because of the variety of projects conducted here and the good reputation the company has. Joining the HEI team is exciting to me because it offers many opportunities to develop professionally as a civil engineer and work on interesting and challenging projects.
