LeDoux Named Among the 2022 Leaders & Legacies by Prairie Business

Congrats to Jeff LeDoux on being named as one of only nine 2022 Leaders & Legacies recipients by Prairie Business magazine!

Jeff has worked at HEI for more than three decades and served as President/CEO from 2008 through 2020. Under Jeff’s leadership, HEI experienced tremendous growth and expansion.

“It’s an honor to be nominated and selected,” states Jeff. “I believe HEI’s success was a result of focusing on the right culture, the best employees, great clients, innovation, and direction; basically knowing what we wanted to be and knowing where we wanted to go as a company. I was fortunate the company gave me the opportunity to be President/CEO.”

Leaders & Legacies is the magazine’s top honor, given to exceptional executives in the Dakotas and western Minnesota, past and present. The award recognizes executives “for the great things they have done in business, whether in recent years (Leaders) or over a lifetime (Legacies),” according to Prairie Business Publisher Korrie Wenzel.

Prairie Business received a number of nominations externally and internally for 2022. After reviewing the career highlights and accomplishments of the nominees, the magazine selected nine exemplary business leaders in the region for this year’s awards.

Read the July issue to learn more about Jeff and the other recipients. They will be honored at a ceremony later this year.
