Kyle Ten Napel Joins HEI

Welcome Kyle Ten Napel to HEI

Kyle Ten Napel joins HEI as a Transportation Planner in the Sioux Falls, SD, office. He will be working with the HEI Transportation team on a variety of planning projects, such as multimodal transportation, corridor studies, and land use planning. Proficient in GIS, Kyle will provide spatial analysis to inform project implementation decisions and assist communities in grant application development. Originally from Sergeant Bluff, IA, Kyle holds a bachelor’s in Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University.

• What drew you to HEI, and what excites you most about joining our team? HEI will give me the ability to work in sectors I’m most passionate and knowledgeable in. I am excited to help clients identify potential projects and give Houston the ability to assist them through design and implementation.
• What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by playing disc golf, tennis, or basketball.
• What’s your favorite way to relax and unwind after a busy day? My favorite way to unwind is to watch a movie or any sports that are on that night.
• If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
  

  I would love to visit Japan. I’m fascinated by the culture, food, and sightseeing!
