Koyuncu Joins HEI

Berkay Koyuncu joins HEI as a Civil Engineer located in our Fargo, ND, office. Berkay specializes in a number of software and instruments, including python, MATLAB, HEC-RAS, and ADCP. His experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and data analysis will be an asset to HEI’s Water Resources team.

Originally from Kocaeli, Turkey, Berkay has more than 8 years of experience in environmental engineering. He graduated from North Dakota State University with a Ph.D. degree and most recently worked as an instructor in Computer Applications in Civil Engineering at North Dakota State University.
