HEI Ranked Among “50 Best Places to Work”

Prairie Business recognized HEI as one of its 50 Best Places to Work in its annual list for 2023. HEI is honored to have been on this list every year since it started in 2014. We couldn’t have earned this accomplishment without the incredible response from our talented team members, who nominated us for this title!

This year, Prairie Business received more than 1,500 nominations. Employees throughout the region nominated companies by highlighting the reasons they believe make their business a great place to work. Among the topics were workplace culture, opportunities for employee growth, teamwork, individual responsibility, and employee morale, among others.

The complete list of the 50 Best Places to Work can be found in this month’s issue of Prairie Business (see page 44 for HEI’s listing).

Thank you to our wonderful team members who contribute to HEI’s culture, success, and values.
