HEI Presents at UTTC Tribal Summit

HEI is honored to participate in the 2026 Tribal Leaders Summit, hosted by United Tribes Technical College (UTTC). Kevin Martin will be presenting on the long-term value of strategic infrastructure planning and partnership for the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians (TMBCI). Others from our team will be joining for the Q&A session, including Dan Heitzman, Neil Austin, and Tyson Jeannotte. The Summit brings together Tribal leaders, community members, and partners to foster collaboration and address issues impacting Tribal Nations.

Attendees will learn how collaboration among TMBCI, Indian Health Service, USDA Rural Development, the Bureau of Reclamation, and other partners have helped maximize funding opportunities while supporting reliable utility services, environmental stewardship, and economic development opportunities throughout the region.

We look forward to sharing lessons learned from this collaborative effort and engaging with Tribal leaders and stakeholders who are shaping the future of infrastructure and community development.
