HEI Ranked Among 50 Best Places to Work 2025

Prairie Business recognized HEI as one of its 50 Best Places to Work on its annual list for 2025. HEI is honored to have been on this list every year since it began in 2014. We couldn’t have earned this accomplishment without the nominations our talented team members!

This year, Prairie Business received more than 1,600 nominations from more than 80 companies. Employees throughout the region made nominations highlighting the reasons they think make their business a great place to work. Topics included how organizations treat employees, clients and business partners, feeling valued and appreciated, having a voice, taking pride in work, and more.

The complete list of the 50 Best Places to Work can be found in this month’s issue of Prairie Business (see page 38 for HEI’s listing).

Thank you to our wonderful team members who contribute to HEI’s culture, success, and values!
