HEI Ranked Among 50 Best Places to Work 2024

Prairie Business recognized HEI as one of its 50 Best Places to Work on its annual list for 2024. HEI is honored to have been on this list every year since it began in 2014. We couldn’t have earned this accomplishment without the incredible response from our talented team members who nominated us for this title!

This year, Prairie Business received more than 1,700 nominations. Employees throughout the region nominated companies by highlighting the reasons they believe make their business a great place to work. Topics included how organizations treat employees, clients and business partners, feeling valued and appreciated, having a voice, taking pride in work, and more.

The complete list of the 50 Best Places to Work can be found in this month’s issue of Prairie Business (see page 52 for HEI’s listing). We even made the cover!

Thank you to our wonderful team members who contribute to HEI’s culture, success, and values!
