HEI welcomes two new members: Carter Ueland and Siane Chirpich!
Carter Ueland
Carter joins HEI as a Civil Engineer in our Fargo office. Carter will assist project managers with project drawings, technical reports, quantity calculations, and client communications. Originally from Thief River Falls, MN, Carter earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of North Dakota. Before joining HEI, he worked at the City of Grand Forks for 2 years as a civil engineer.

Siane Chirpich
Siane joins HEI as a Scientist in our Maple Grove office. Siane will primarily serve our agribusiness clients with water quality services. Originally from Erechim, Brazil, she earned her bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Universidade Federal da Fronteira in Sul, Erechim, then moved on to earn her master’s degree in bioproducts and biosystems engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Hobbies: Plan trips, play some kind of sport, and paint glass mandalas
Family: I’m married to my husband, and we have a little guy, who is 8 months old
Pets: A cat
