Cait Caswell, PE, CFM

Cait Caswell is a water resources engineer in HEI’s Maple Grove, MN, office. Since joining HEI in 2022, she has supported a variety of water resources engineering projects, including stormwater management, floodplain management, and watershed modeling efforts that help communities better understand and address water-related challenges. Cait earned a Bachelor of Science degree in bioproducts and biosystems engineering from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and is a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM). Her combination of technical expertise and practical project experience helps clients develop sustainable water resources solutions, improve community resilience, and reduce flood risk.

Belle Reeve, PE

Belle Reeve is a water resources engineer in HEI’s Maple Grove, MN, office, where she supports a variety of water resources and multidisciplinary projects. Since joining HEI in 2022, she has helped clients and communities tackle a variety of water resource challenges, including stormwater management, drainage improvements, wetland restoration, and water quality initiatives. Belle has worked on projects involving hydraulic analysis, watershed modeling, and wetland creation that promote sustainable development and effective water resource management throughout Minnesota. She earned a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Iowa State University and a master’s degree in sustainable management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
