”What’s the company culture like?” is one of the questions we hear most from prospective employees. The problem with this question is that culture can be a very hard thing to communicate. By definition, work culture is a collection of attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors. In simple terms, culture at HEI means to welcome all people, treat all with respect, demonstrate a serving heart at work and in our communities, work hard, play hard, and have fun!
That’s it, and when we say fun, our Fun Squad keeps it rolling with engaging activities such as: bowling, golf outings, trivia games, food truck lunches, axe throwing, free ticket drawings to various sporting events, Halloween contests, holiday parties, and more. There’s always something to look forward to when you are working at HEI!
