Welcome Neil to HEI!

Neil Austin joins our team as a Senior Civil Engineer in our Minot office. Originally from Devils Lake, ND, Neil earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of North Dakota.

We’re thrilled to welcome Neil to our team, bringing with him a wealth of experience as a former district engineer for the Indian Health Service. His background in sanitation facilities, designs of potable water treatments, wastewater collection, solid waste collection, construction management, and overall technical leadership on district engineering projects makes him a valuable addition to our team.
