Welcome, Erin!
We’re excited to welcome Erin Gabel to the HEI team as an HR Manager! Based in our corporate office in Fargo, ND, Erin brings more than 20 years of progressive experience supporting organizational effectiveness through employee relations, compliance, learning and development, and leadership support.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from North Dakota State University and a Master of Science in Public Administration and Human Resources. Her skills training facilitation and talent management will be a valuable asset to HEI!

What excites me most is being a part of a great company with a strong culture where I can contribute prior work experience while continuing to learn and grow in a human resources role.
