Join Us in Welcoming Chad Kramer to HEI!

Chad recently joined HEI as a technician based in our Minot, ND, office. Originally from Burlington, ND, Chad brings nearly three decades of hands-on experience in masonry construction. Chad also completed his Union Bricklayer Apprenticeship through the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Union in Maryland. Welcome aboard, Chad!

  • What drew you to HEI, and what excites you most about joining our team? The opportunity to continue working outside in the construction industry, observing and learning many different aspects of construction as a team member.
  • What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Spending time with my family.
  • What’s your favorite way to relax and unwind after a busy day? Sitting on the deck with my family and 2 dogs
  • If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? Hawaii.
  • What’s your favorite snack? Trail Mix.
  • What is your favorite fuel for staying energized? Coffee.
