Welcome Kylie to HEI!
Kylie Parson joins HEI as a Communications Assistant on HEI’s corporate team and will be located in the Fargo and Grand Forks, ND, offices. She will be working to support digital marketing efforts as well as developing proposals, project reports, and presentations for the firm. Originally from Cook, MN, Kylie holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of North Dakota.

- What drew you to HEI, and what excites you most about joining our team? Everyone seemed genuine and fulfilled by the work they do. I am excited to contribute to a growth-oriented team that values innovation, professional development, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
- What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Spending time with family and friends, reading, scrapbooking, journaling, painting, and trying new fitness classes.
- What’s your favorite way to relax and unwind after a busy day? Make a great dinner and relax with my fiancé and cat by watching a show or movie.
- If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? Japan and Thailand are definitely high up on my list!
