Welcome Matteo Bellazzini to HEI 

Matteo Bellazzini joins HEI as a Civil Engineer in the Maple Grove, MN office. His career focus will be on water resources and surface water modeling. Originally from Mount Horeb, WI, Matteo holds a bachelor’s degree in bioproducts and biosystems engineering from the University of Minnesota.
