Kassen and Ueland Earn PE Licenses

Join us in congratulating our team members, Justin Kassen and Carter Ueland, on earning their Professional Engineer (PE) license!

Justin has been part of HEI’s Fargo, ND, office since 2020 as a civil engineer, where he leads and supports flood mitigation and flood risk management projects. Before joining HEI, Justin was a Seargant in the US Marine Corps. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University in 2020.

Carter joined HEI’s Fargo, ND, office in 2023 as a civil engineer. He is experienced with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley Geopak, and Open Roads and has provided project design and construction observation services throughout North Dakota, Minnesota, and South Dakota.

We look forward to seeing the continued impact Justin and Carter will make as Professional Engineers at HEI!
