Jared Hemphill Joins HEI

Jared Hemphill

Jared Hemphill joins HEI as a Civil Engineer in the Omaha Office. Jared will work closely with project managers to help create a variety of technical and administrative documents as well as complete hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and environmental impact assessments. His work will be essential to obtain project permits and regulatory approvals. A native of Omaha, NE, Jared holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a water resources and environmental emphasis from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

  • Hobbies: Hiking, reading, sports.
  • Family: Wife, and a son.
  • Most Memorable Vacation: Backpacking across Isle Royale National Park in Lake Superior during the summer of 2023.
  • Favorite Sports: Nebraska Football.
  • Currently Reading: Maps of Meaning by Jordan Peterson.

  • Dream Car: Subaru Outback Wilderness.
