HEI Ranked Among “50 Best Places to Work” in 2022

Prairie Business Magazine recognized HEI as one of its 50 Best Places to Work in its annual list for 2022. HEI is honored to have been on this list every year since it started in 2014. We couldn’t have earned this accomplishment without the incredible response from our employees, who nominated us for this title!

This year, Prairie Business Magazine received more than 1,700 nominations. Employees throughout the region nominated their companies, highlighting some of the reasons they believe make their place of business a great place to work. Among the topics were workplace culture, opportunities for employee growth, teamwork, individual responsibility, and employee morale, among others.

The complete list of the 50 Best Places to Work can be found in this month’s issue of Prairie Business Magazine (see page 37 for HEI’s listing).

Thank you to our wonderful employees, who all contribute to HEI’s culture, success, and values.
