HEI Makes 2015 50 Best Places to Work List

Houston Engineering, Inc. (HEI) has once again earned a spot among the 50 Best Places to Work in the northern Plains according to Prairie Business magazine. This is the second consecutive year HEI has received this honor. Prairie Business announced today that the article is available online and that the print issue will be available in September.

The magazine used anonymous employee satisfaction surveys to rate companies according to various criterias such as work environment, employee benefits, and employee happiness. Consideration was also given to the number of nominations received per company. Nearly 2,500 surveys nominating more than 140 companies were submitted. The top 25 small for-profit companies (99 or fewer full-time employees) and the top 25 large for-profit companies (100+ employees) will be honored in the magazine.

HEI is extremely proud to receive this great honor and recognition. We have always prided ourselves on having a strong, positive work environment and family-friendly company culture. Thank you to all our talented employees for making our company as strong as it is today.
