Naomi Disrud Recognized in 2023 Top 25 Women in Business List

Congratulations to Naomi Disrud, who earned her place on the 2023 Top 25 Women in Business list published by Prairie Business magazine in their March issue.

The 25 women listed come from a variety of industries and professions. They were selected through a nomination process that emphasized professional achievement, community contributions, and volunteerism. The annual contest was created to draw attention to the many creative and successful businesswomen in North Dakota, South Dakota, and western Minnesota, and the impact they have on industry and economy in the region.

Naomi, first a civil engineering major, got the best of both worlds when she joined HEI’s team in 2012, calling her position a perfect fit as it married her love of language with her interest in STEM fields. Today, she is the Communications Manager overseeing a team that provides a full suite of business development, marketing, and communication services to the company’s 250+ employees and clients.

“I love working with my talented colleagues at HEI to support the infrastructure needs throughout our region. Today more than ever it’s critical to find innovative yet fiscally responsible solutions that provide resiliency and quality of life for our communities long term.”
