Carly Wagner

Carly earned a bachelor’s degree in civil/environmental engineering in 2018 from the University of Iowa and also earned a Certificate of Sustainability. Carly has been involved in a variety of projects involving lake restoration and water quality, site design, roadway and parking lot design, stream restoration, dam design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and boat ramp design.
