Congratulations to the City of Fargo, Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments, and North Dakota Department of Transportation for earning the Engineering Excellence Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies North Dakota (ACEC/ND) for the 52nd Avenue South Corridor Project! This project improves traffic on the busy corridor, increases safety for motor vehicles and pedestrians, and introduced Restricted Crossing U-Turns (RCUTs) to Fargo. HEI is proud to have been part of this impressive project.
Vision Zero Award
