HEI welcomes three new team members this week: Alyssa Trosen, Carissa Block, and Eric Williams.
Alyssa Trosen
Alyssa Trosen joins the HEI team as a Communications Assistant located in Fargo. She will be assisting with proposals and various other marketing and communications tasks to support staff across the firm.
Originally from West Fargo, ND, Alyssa earned her bachelor's degree in strategic communications with a minor in visual arts from North Dakota State University (NDSU). She has worked part-time in similar roles while earning her degree.

- Pets: 2 cats, Binx and Nova

Carissa Block
Carissa Block joins the HEI team as a Communications Assistant located in Maple Grove. She will be assisting with proposals and various other marketing and communications tasks to support staff across the firm.
Originally from Hugo, MN, Carissa earned her bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Wheaton College, IL. Before joining HEI, Carissa served as the event marketing operations manager at Energy Resources Marketing where she worked largely in events.

Eric Williams
Eric Williams joins our team as HEI’s Talent Acquisition Specialist and will be located in Fargo. Eric will work on expanding our market exposure with broadened presence in schools, community events and enhanced communication strategies to tell our great story. Additionally, to help HEI in our continued growth efforts, Eric will conduct research to investigate ways to source new candidates.
Originally from Radcliff, KY, Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Colorado Technical University. Eric is recently retired from the Air Force where he served in recruiting and marketing roles for more than 20 years.

- Family: Candace (wife), Roen (son, 14), Aria and Adly (twin daughters, 10), and Avie (daughter, 7).
