HEI's team in Fargo, ND, held its annual
United Way of Cass-Clay campaign during February to raise funds for the nonprofit organization. Throughout the month, employees participated in several activities to raise donations while having some fun along the way.
A total of
$10,518.50 was raised this year through the campaign and participant donations!

Campaign Kick-off Pizza Party
Employees gathered together for a pizza party to kick off the 2022 Campaign. Staff watched an inspirational video about a local community member's story made possible by the nonprofit's support. Then,
Christie Lewandowski from United Way spoke about the benefits and services the nonprofit provides to the community.
Mystery Bag Auctions and Raffle Tickets
Employees purchased tickets for a chance to win a mystery bag prize. The prizes were labeled with clever Valentine's Day gift ideas to tie in the holiday. Additionally, a 50/50 raffle ticket game was held throughout the month. A total of $270.50 was raised from these two activities.

Chili Contest
Employees tested their chef skills during this fun contest. Employees voted for their favorite chili recipe from five chili contestants.
