Travis Nelson joins HEI’s Thief River Falls team as a Civil Technician II. Travis will be working closely with project managers to develop project designs, plans, and specifications. He will also serve as a Resident Project Representative (RPR) on a variety of construction projects where he’ll act as a liaison with contractors and provide job site management during construction operations.
Travis is a Thief River Falls native and earned his bachelor’s degree in environmental design, landscape design, and planning from the University of Minnesota. He brings more than 10 years of experience in construction management and oversight roles as a Contractor, providing valuable experience to HEI’s team.

- Most Memorable Concert You’ve Attended: I took my grandma to a Tim McGraw concert when I was in college. My grandma was a fun lady!
