Sami Swartz is joining HEI’s GIS Team in Fargo as a GIS Analyst where she will be supporting the Environmental Science group.
A Little Bit About Sami
Sami is originally from Grafton, ND, and graduated from the University of North Dakota with a BS in Geography and Wildlife Biology in 2017. She most recently was an intern at KLJ in Bismarck and enjoys spending time with her dog, Parker, watching scary movies, and going to UND hockey games at the Ralph.

- Has a wildland fire training certification
- Random Fact: After two summers of collecting bees for a research project, she has only been stung once, which occurred when she was not in the process of collecting any stinging insects.
