Paul Strong has joined HEI's Fargo office as an Engineer II. Paul holds a bachelor's degree in environmental science and a master's in environmental engineering. He previously served at another regional firm before coming to HEI and originally hails from Nisswa, MN. Paul brings with him environmental documentation experience and will take on an expanded role within HEI's hydrology and hydraulics team.
