serves out of HEI’s Fargo office as an Engineer II. He specializes in bridge and structure design for a variety of projects, including projects involving DOTs, railroad, and the US Army Corps of Engineers.
Outside of work, Wes enjoys spending time with family and friends, helping his older brother with auto racing, staying active, grilling in the summer, and watching the Minnesota Vikings attempt to win a Superbowl (hopefully in his lifetime).
serves out of HEI's Fargo office as an Engineer II. He specializes in water resources and works on projects involving flood protection and storm sewer lift stations. Outside of work, Dan and his wife, Alane, enjoy spending time with their growing family, which includes two daughters, Lydia and Myla, as well as a baby boy on the way arriving in September.
When his family isn't keeping him busy, Dan enjoys exercising, reading, and spending time outdoors. He is also passionate about helping people through volunteering at his church with Sunday School and serving on the Board of Trustees as well as frequently helping with HEI's monthly volunteer group preparing meals for the Ronald McDonald House of Charities. A fun fact you may not know about Dan: he was once within 10 feet of a wild mother bear but thankfully did not get attacked!
serves out of HEI's Minot office as an Engineer II. He typically works within the water resources sector designing water distribution components such as pipelines, pump systems, and elevated tanks. He has also worked on several storm sewer and levee rehabilitation projects. When needed, Joe assists with construction management, construction coordination, and inspecting and is one of HEI's certified drone pilots.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys being outdoors, fishing, hunting, and spending time at the lake with friends and family.
serves out of HEI's Fargo office as an Engineer II. He is responsible for design, scheduling, construction scheduling, construction inspection and quality assurance, construction records and documentation, as well as topographic and construction survey. In addition, Jerry serves as one of HEI's certified drone pilots.
Jerry enjoys spending time with his wife, Tressa, and four children--Hunter, Tanner, Taylor, and Cameron. His free time is limited nowadays, but when he has the opportunity, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and being in the great outdoors. In a few short years, Jerry is looking forward to officially completing 20 years of service with the US Navy and North Dakota Army National Guard.
