Jeff Lutz joins Houston Engineering, Inc.’s Maple Grove office as a senior environmental scientist. Jeff will be responsible for preparing all or portions of project related NEPA and MEPA documents and guide them through the submittal, public review, comment response, and completion processes. He will also be involved with the preparation of permit applications and documents associated with water resources, transportation, infrastructure, and environmental related projects.
A Little About Jeff
A St. Michael, Minn. native, Lutz earned his bachelor's degree in geography from South Dakota State University. He has more than 27 years of experience conducting environmental permitting and review process work for a wide variety of projects and disciplines, including mining, oil and gas, solid waste, and transportation.
