Donna Jacob Joins HEI
Houston Engineering, Inc. (HEI) is proud to announce that Donna Jacob has transitioned to full time status as a scientist, joining our talented team of environmentalists.

Donna joined HEI serving out of the Fargo office in the summer of 2014 to assist with wetland delineation fieldwork and reports, but quickly picked up a variety of additional tasks. Her move to full-time will expand the environmental team and help HEI achieve growth in aspects of environmental work including biological surveys, wetland restoration, NEPA document preparation, and other environmental services.
