About Noah Irby
Noah performs advanced professional GIS duties while assisting engineers, surveyors, environmental scientists, and programmers with their daily activities.
Originally from Bismarck, Noah earned two degrees from the University of North Dakota: a Bachelor of Science in environmental geography with a minor in sustainability studies and a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy. Noah has diverse research experience in environmental geography and water resources that he brings to a variety of projects he works on with HEI's team of employees.
