For the second year in a row, HEI employees enjoyed playing Santa for 65
L.E. Berger Elementary School students and their families in West Fargo, ND. The gifts were bought with $100 bonuses given to HEI employees to use for each student and/or their family members.

Spreading Holiday Cheer

Office Activities
HEI’s Fargo team did a “countdown to the holiday season” advent calendar daily prize drawing. Employees were treated to gift cards and fun little prizes when opening up the homemade calendar. In addition, our Fargo team celebrated a holiday week of activities filled with a holiday-themed bingo played over Microsoft Teams, cookie decorating, musical beer exchange, ugly sweater day, and a potluck lunch to end the week of festivities.
HEI’s Maple Grove team enjoyed a beer exchange and tasty pretzels from
Aki’s BreadHaus. Our Minot team had a potluck and White Elephant gift exchange.
