Gulleson Graduates from Women's Leadership Program

Connie Gulleson
The North Dakota Women’s Business Center, a program of Center for Technology and Business, offers a Women’s Leadership Program across North Dakota. Participants are chosen from a pool of applicants in the Bismarck/Mandan communities looking to connect, grow, and pay it forward through challenging and inspiring experiences.

After being accepted into the Women’s Leadership Program (WLP) last December, Connie Gulleson began a unique six-month program dedicated to expanding personal, professional, community, and health leadership skills in women of all ages and backgrounds. Throughout the program, participants heard from an array of top leaders representing North Dakota and beyond who guide and challenge women to take the next steps in their leadership development. All participants gained hands-on experience through leadership exercises and a philanthropy project.

Connie graduated from the WLP on June 6th and will continue on as being part of the WLP Alumni Program, which continues to promote interaction, engagement, continued professional development, and training opportunities. Connie is an administrative assistant in HEI's Bismarck office and has been with HEI since 2014.
