Rob Goff and Samuel Skarphol have both moved to full-time status at HEI. Rob started working part-time with HEI this summer, and joins our Fargo team as a full-time Survey Technician I. He will perform survey services for a variety of projects. A Fargo native, Rob earned his associate's degree in general studies from Minnesota State Community and Technical College.

Samuel started working part-time with HEI earlier this year and joins our Fargo team as a full-time CAD/Survey Specialist. He will be a bit of a jack-of-all-trades, providing CAD-, software-, and survey-related services for various departments.
A Fargo native, Samuel earned his bachelor's degree in computer engineering from North Dakota State University. He previously worked in software engineering at John Deer Electronic Solutions.
