Gary Holt, PLS, joins Houston Engineering’s (HEI) Bismarck office as a professional land surveyor. Gary will be working on a variety of surveying projects while supporting the engineering department. He specializes in Department of Transportation projects and has 36 years of experience that will be beneficial to our team in developing new survey opportunities and clients. Gary is originally from Rockford, IL, and attended Rock Valley College for two years for building construction. He is certified as a professional land surveyor in North Dakota, Montana, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
